Oficinadelmusico.com and BMI presents Songwriter's Rights 101: Fundamentals for Every Composer. The chat will take place July 8 at The Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music (6 p.m.) and will present three attorneys with knowledge in music copyright.
Among the subjects to be discussed are the essential information every composer should be acquainted with, why and where to register songs, the difference between mechanical, synchronization and performance royalties, and recommendations.
